Owning to the improvements made in Boom, Arm, Upper Structure & Undercarriage groups by using more durable materials in SANY 10 series new generation Excavators. Manganese alloy high strength steel plates are adopted on boom & arm structure and all welding seams have 100% gone through the ultrasonic flaw detection. The introduction of anti-wear plates specially manufactured by Sany provides longer bucket life while working in stringent mining conditions. Heavy-duty upper frame with critical load points are reinforced to improve the bending strength of the platform. SY870 major aggregates can withstand external heavy loads due to stronger beams of a D-shaped large section. The improved tumbler distance provides more stability on uneven underfoot conditions results more operator comfort. Specially designed Undercarriage comes with Anti-collision ribs on frame which results long service hours & also helps to improve the strength of the track frame.
